Company History 

Power Systems was founded in 1986 by Bruno and Julie Pauletto. As a nationally recognized strength and conditioning coach and former world-class athlete, Bruno produced several training videos, which he and Julie marketed to coaches. The success of the videos led Bruno and Julie to add other sports performance training equipment to their product line, and after seven years of remarkable growth, the home-based business became a full-time venture for both Paulettos. Bruno left his position as head strength and conditioning coach at the University of Tennessee to help Julie, who had been managing the company's ever-expanding daily operations on her own. 

With both Paulettos focused on the business, the company's momentum continued and Power Systems became a one-stop shop for coaches, trainers, and others needing quality sports performance and fitness equipment. Using printed catalogs, the Internet, and trade shows, Power Systems expanded its customer base while emerging as an industry leader. 

In November 2007, due to its continued growth, Knoxville-based Power Systems moved its headquarters to a new 250,000 square-foot facility. The new offices and warehouses will provide Power Systems with the space needed to support its growth in the coming years.
