With the ongoing development of the Association, we are introducing the newly formed GGFA Regions! There were many compelling reasons to form geographical areas- here are a few: 

• Networking ability for all Franchisees, in particular those not in Alliances or in areas that there are very few neighboring Gold’s Gyms 
• Strengthen the numbers and unity of the Association 
• Maximizing group purchases within the regional area 
• Ability for the GGFA to discover future Executive Board members 
• Annual Regional Meetings hosted by the GGFA and GGFA Suppliers to provide best practice conversations and information sharing

General Overview of the GGFA Regional Meeting: 

• Opening Address from your area GGFA Executive Board Member and the GGFA Executive Director 
• National Industry Speaker – Rick Caro – How to compete with the large and small health club models. In particular Lifetime Fitness, LA Fitness, Planet Fitness and Anytime Fitness – See floor plans, pricing and much more in this presentation 
• Round Table Discussions- You will have two “moderated” discussions on topics YOU choose. The GGFA office will survey your region to find out the topics most critical to you to openly talk about with your peers
